Return Policy – Fragrance Lab X

At Fragrance Lab X, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Opened or used fragrance bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • All returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us at info@fragrancelabx.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship your item back.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Clearance or final sale items
